Versabond zinc-phosphate pretreatment system combines the new liquid Versabond rinse conditioner and zinc phosphate, producing an ultrafine, grained base for electrocoat, liquid and powder topcoats on steel, galvanized steel and aluminum substrates.

Pretreatment is often the most overlooked or underutilized part of the coating stack even though it is the keystone to product longevity.

Versabond zinc-phosphate pretreatment system combines the new liquid Versabond rinse conditioner and zinc phosphate, producing an ultra-fine, grained base.

The rinse conditioner accelerates bond formation with the topcoat, particularly on surfaces with higher concentrations of aluminum. The process can be installed into most existing zinc-phosphate lines without changing the process footprint or flow.
